INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS FOR FOAM PART PRODUCTION
Fill supplies complete systems for the production of parts made of POLYURETHANE and also thermoplastic PARTS FOAM with the patented variothermal tempering technology.
An essential scope of services is the integration of customer-specific dosing or filling systems, extraction systems & other process modules such as energy-efficient temperature control.
In plant design, we focus on flexibility with maximum plant utilization. The change of molds & mold carriers is usually carried out without cycle time.

STEAM-FREE PRE-FOAMING OF PARTICLE FOAM
With the infrared pre-foaming technology patented by FILL, all thermoplastic particle foams can be continuously pre-foamed to the desired density without the use of steam.
This eliminates the need for energy input for drying prior to further processing. A high degree of digitization guarantees a stable pre-foaming process.

LAY-UP & CONSOLIDATION OF THERMOPLASTIC TAPES
Starting from the 3D model, a 2D stack is automatically created in the MULTILAYER high-performance lay-up unit at maximum speed. In the CONSOLIDATION UNIT, the pre-cured semi-finished products are fully consolidated. The flexible machine concept makes it possible to consolidate fiber scrims with specific fiber orientation as well as thickness differences (local reinforcement layers) in the scrim in one cycle. Prior to the injection molding process, the load-path-compliant, fully consolidated stack is heated in an infrared oven and finalized in the injection molding machine.

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING ON A CNC ROBOT BASIS
Thermoplastics in combination with 3D printing processes offer numerous possibilities for component manufacturing. ACCUBOT technology as kinematics and extruders and extrusion tools adapted to the requirements grant 3D printing further degrees of freedom. Options allow new ways of thinking in the design of printed components.
